How to use:

SHAKE BEFORE USE.

Children from 3 to 6 years: Take one tablespoon (15ml) for breakfast and dinner.

Children 7 years or more: Take 2 dessert spoon (10ml) for breakfast and 1 tablespoon (15ml) at dinner.

Do not exceed the daily dose indicated.
Recommendations:

It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under the age of 3 years.
