Online shopping delivery conditions:

Our shipments are always in registered mail, national or international, it is a guarantee for our company and for the customer, you can follow the order on the website of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays arising from strikes, restructurings or other situations of the responsibility of the post office, to which we are unrelated.

- After sending the order you will receive an email confirming the registration number of CTT or CTT Expresso so that you can follow the status of your order. If you do not receive the order or the CTT / CTT Expresso notice within 1 to 2 days, please go to your post office with the registration number provided to claim it, otherwise you will be at risk of being returned At the end of the term given by CTT (Orders up to 2 kg -> 6 working days and CTT Expresso orders or from 2 kg -> 3 working days).

 

Order returns due to missing or incorrect address:

The value of the return shipments will be charged on the next shipment, which will be subject to prepayment.

Note: All orders placed up to 2:00 pm are dispatched on the same day, this after a good collection of the payment (except against Cash Refund) and in case there is no stock breach.

Spain - 2 to 5 business days

Rest of Europe - 3 to 5 business days

Brazil - 15 working days (transit time Portugal - Brazil)

Return Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is our priority, you can return the product within 15 days of purchase.

 

The packaging must be intact, without any damage and be returned together with the receipt (purchase receipt).

For the customer's own protection, no refunds will be accepted for the following products: damaged, nsrm medicines, food, heating clothing and elastic stockings.

The purchase amount will be refunded.
